    I called late on a Friday because I had a flat tire,they fit me in and did not over charge for the inconvenience of staying late.

    Matt runs a professional, fair business. We have always been satisfied with the work completed by Matt and his staff. When we had an issue with a repair (only once, and something minor), Matt was quick to rectify the situation. As long as our cars need repairs, we will be going to Paris Factory Rides.

    Matt is excellent at checking his worker's work prior to releasing the vehicle back to the owner, anything wrong it is fixed immediately. He is pleasant and knowledgeable and we feel appreciated as customers.

    Shout out to Paris factory rides! I got a flat tire early morning Friday they had my truck back to me with my tire patched by just after lunch. Super friendly, price was great and turn around time was incredible.

    I don’t live that far from Paris Factory and the weather on the day of my service job was a bit on the chilly side, all things considered, I was planning on walking home. This was before the pandemic of course. I left my car keys with the front attendant and let them know I would be back in the afternoon to pick up the car.     Best auto repair shop in Paris. Matt, the head mechanic and owner, is great to deal with. He is a great guy, easy to talk to and fair. I only being my cars there. Give Matt a try, you won't regret it.

    I can't say enough good things about this business. I originally took my van to get a trailer hitch and oil change. Matt and his mechanics worked hard to get it installed and for a fraction of the cost quoted from the dealership. A very fair price and they kept me updated throughout the process of the installation.

    A couple of months later, my van (2 years old) wouldn't start. The dealership dismissed it as two dead batteries that need to be replaced for over $800…which wouldn't solve any of     … – show

    Matt is the most amazing mechanic I know off hands down this man is honest and the workman ship is the best I have seen. I have had my fair share of mechanics to deal with but this guy will always tell you the truth and not make you spend a penny more then you have too. Factory rides is always be my only choice.     I have worked in the automotive service industry for over 20 years as a service advisor and service manager, without a doubt Matt the owner of this store is likely the best technician I have ever worked with. Honest as they come and always has clients best interest in mind. I have never seen a situation where whatever the problem is that Matt has been unable to find the right solution. You can't go wrong using this shop for service & repair!

    I went it to get a second opinion on a rack and pinion steering issue, that another garage was ready to replace the whole assembly. Matt and Cody said just keep an eye on it for leaking when I am parked and not to spend my money at this time. But they found my upper ball joints completely shot and showed me the the movement in them.

    Fair and honest people worth the drive from KW.
