Edit: long story short they told me my ac compressor doesn't work and quoted me 1200+ to replace ac compressor when I later found out it actually works and it cost me way less to fill it with gas. Also they quoted me on a «premium» part which explains why I thought they tried to scam me with prices as well.

Right after my review they called me to explain the situation and asked me if I would like to come back so they can assess the car again, explained some things about why it could've happened … – show

and about the ac system which sounds about right (weak ac compressor) and told me that there's cheaper parts available they just normally quote for the best ones.

Great customer service and they took care of the situation professionally and quickly, I still have yet to take my car back to them. Will update once im back in town and get a chance to do that

Again, what i want you to get away from this is that we are not here to make a 'quick buck' by 'scamming' our customers into repairs that are not needed but rather provide good service and establish good long term relationships with our customers. Booked a time online through email to my desired time with ease. The representative at the shop understood what I required, they did an inspection, found some more issues that I was aware of but was holding off on. Fixed everything I needed that day, took longer than expected, but no problem, at the end of the day car runs well and doesn't creak from suspensions anymore or produce squeals from breaks. Nice shop that's close to home. Will visit more in future repairs.
