I used to shop here, but the manager is nasty, rude and cares more about gossiping with staff instead of helping customers. I stood at the cash for 10 minutes, while the manager pulled up Instagram on her phone and laughed at things on her feed and her staff joined in, all while ignoring customers. Sad, since no customers= no revenue= no job for anyone in this location!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! They sell you something saying that you can get a refund in less than 30 days but it’s definitely NOT true. Go to any other store if you’re looking for a straightening iron. The lady even tried to sell my husband something 3x more expensive saying that I could return if I didn’t like it. Guess what? You can’t return it even if you haven’t used or if it’s within 30 days even if you have never used or if it was a gift from someone “you can’t return any electronic thing … – show

”, said the lady. Worst customer service, also! Save time and stress and choose another place. SERIOUSLY!
