Cara 2022, November 2, 5:45 pmSo disappointed! I am a nail student and was so excited to find this place in the neighborhood. I was asked if I needed help when I arrived. And I said I wanted to look around. I didn’t need anything specific, but am always up for a bottle of polish. I was curious about the builder gels they had, but they are all kept behind the counter. I asked a few times prices of things, and was coldly shown a price on a calculator. I really got the feeling that she was uninterested in answering my questions . I had started to put a pile of items on the counter to buy, and the man from the back came out and started forcefully telling me they are NOT open to the public. I tried to explain to them I was a nail student… but he wouldnt listen and kept repeating “we are not open to the public” the woman was (with a raised voice) demanding I tell her what I want. I didnt know what I wanted… I was overwhelmed with the selection of nailpolish… and couldnt make up my mind. When I realized that they were both yelling at me and blocking my path into the store, I abandoned my pile in the counter & left. I am so dismayed that this happened! This is a great store with a lot of selection, but I wont be going back. It was VERY clear they wanted me to leave, so I did. They have definitely lost a customer. … – show0 0Reply
