The first class was Calisthenics and my second class was ELDOA. I truthfully never heard of ELDOA before but this class was incredible!! I injured my back doing Good mornings and after this class my back felt so much better. I’m so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that comes with every trainer that works there.0 0Reply

I've always been afraid to try dance outside of my usual studio yey I was able learn without fear and with a smile on my face. Plus this studio teaches eldoa, which is definitely an asset for any dancer/athlete.0 0Reply
