My first experience joining Alex’s bootcamp class was more than I expected in the best way possible. He’s a fun, down to earth guy who really takes the time to get to know everyone and their fitness levels. He’s great at offering different options for anyone that may require any modifications and at the same time giving you that extra motivation that we all need! Alex is one of the best trainers I've worked with. He has a holistic approach and directs the training towards your goals and needs. Alex is kind, down to earth, fun to train with and will push you just the right amount. He is focused on making progress in a healthy way and ensuring you are training safely. I appreciate that he focuses on mobility. I've unfortunately had some injuries to work through and Alex has been quite supportive and flexible in modifying the training.
