Anna is an excellent instructor. Having taught Pilates for 18 years, she's knowledgeable, and is able to modify to any skill level. Anna has a great sense of humour which makes her classes fun. I love her park Pilates classes on Wednesday night. They're challenging, you get a great workout, yet feel like you've just hung out with your friends for an hour!

I’ve been attending North for 2 years. I took a chance that pilates would help my lower back issues. I would throw my back out and be immobile for days. Thank you Anna, I can honestly say it’s been transforming. It’s so easy to use the platform, do it on your time and tons of variety/class length options. No need to watch your screen- Anna is a master at talking you through all of the moves!
