If you cant do yoga for 1 hour twice a week and you notice that your mobility is getting weaker? Do not wait untill you cant tie your shoe laces… Been there at age 40. I call facial stretching as «Contractors Lazy Table Yoga.» Get comfortable and Rex will take of the rest. Great personality, polite, ultra clean envoirement and great knowladge. Very happy with the services!

I suffer from neck and back issues due to two previous car accidents. Had my first session with Rex a few days ago, and I’m so happy I went. I normally have a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep due to the pain, but recently I’ve been able to fall asleep much easier. He’s very knowledgeable and incredibly good at what he does.
