I lived in Toronto for almost three years, and this gym was a lifesaver. Great people, clean setting, and a really healthy environment. I really recommend this gym and this location!

Favourite gym I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff, comfortable environment, great classes and highly skilled trainers (thanks Tristan!!) It’s clean, welcoming, accommodating and personable. A perfect place to invest in your well being and an absolute gem of the east end.
