Everyone, Please Be aware when parking at Costco. They will accused you if you park head first which I think normal until Costco’s employee told me versus. Cuz we had to put stuff in car after shopping, right?. On a day of November 2021, a Costco worker who collect the cart, he couldn’t control the long lineup cart so it hit the back of my car and caused my light cover cracks and scratch the back of the car as well. I report to the Costco employee (I think she is manager). I and the cart worker … – show

wait half an hour. Then she talked to us, wrote a report and accused me that is my fault to park my car head first. Said the insurance of costco will not accept it. Then she said the company will contact me. It happened since November last year. They never call me or give me any update. My car dealership said it will cost me 1,500—2,000 to get the new light cover. I’m so naïve and think they are big corporation, they will not trick me. But I’m wrong, so wrong. So please careful and avoid the Yorkdale costco if possible. Now I’m so afraid to do head first parking or park close to cart area.
