It was my first time here, coming to see Dr. Crystal Draper for my first prenatal chiropractic appointment at 33 weeks gestation. I received a friendly greeting as soon as I walked through the door. And even though I was 15 minutes early, I was welcomed and had a great service from the very beginning. Dr. Draper was very attentive and constantly asked me if I was okay or feeling uncomfortable/pain. John Leung works in a very diligent, committed, and patient-centred manner. He makes every attempt to find the sources of pain, is generous with information about what he is doing and what he sees as problematic areas, and actively involves the patient in their own care.

I had an initial physio assessment with Christine. She spent an hour with me exploring the possible causes of my pain and recommending exercises to help. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to using the exercises she prescribed and ameliorating my pain.

I've been to this practice many times over the last two years, seeing Dr. Simon, Dr. David, and a chiropractor who is no longer practicing at this location. I've never had a bad visit. The explanations are thorough while also being clear, simple without being patronizing. The treatment plans are also plainly and well laid out (you won't leave here feeling like you've been scammed into an unnecessary level of session commitment). The online booking is a breeze. I go to the clinic regularly for massages, both Derek & Adam are excellent RMTs. The clinic has online appointment booking which is easy to use and the best part is that they direct bill my insurance company. The clinic is run well and would recommend it to my friends and family!

Great experiences over the last few years with Dave and his team. After years of injuries through running, working with Dave helped me not just overcome injuries but come back better than ever and post a p.r. The entire staff is professional, friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Arrived 5min early for appt. 20min later practitioner nowhere to seen. Asked lady at front desk how much longer it would be she said she wasn't sure… If they were running behind it would have been nice if they called me in advance to tell me to come later.

It is not typical that our practitioners are not on time but, due to the nature of the service, there are instances when a practitioner may need to spend extra time with a client that is in acute distress. Customer service and quality care is our highest priority and our receptionists routinely call people ahead of time if there are any delays in the schedule. Balanced Body is an excellent place with a very professional staff. Dr. David Torrance is an exceptional chiropractor and offers multiple treatment options, rather than a '1 tool approach.' Most importantly Dr. Torrance is an excellent listener and very patient.

Amazing practitioners in an amazing facility! Thank you for the great care and attention to detail. I was able to rehab my sports injury and get back on the ice in half the time my surgeon told me. Highly recommended clinic!
