Let the company know you found their phone number on NiceLocal —businesses work best when they know you can affect their rating
Was your phone call answered?
Advantages?. Absolutely none. Some of the staff are good, nuclear stress technicians, ECG nurse.
Disadvantages
Everything related to negligence, ineptitude, disinterest, incompetence and ignorance. No admin procedures followed, no courtesy towards patients, no call back. Even the cardiologist seems to be oriented the same way. An appointment was made 6 months ago and confirmed a few days before the actual date and time by phone. Yet nobody calls you. I guess, why bother when they bill and rob the government.
Comment
Pathetic place where they either have no clue about patient treatment or they are not interested in any communication with the patient. I was treated for severe chest pain that lasted 8 hours at Scarborough General. I called and left a detailed message with the cardiologist's office regarding my report sent to them (14-Oct-2022). You'd think that they'd have the courtesy to call back and update you if the cardiologist has reviewed the report 4 days later. Nope. They are too busy doing nothing as usual. These people have no conscience and they are employed to do a job. One of the worst places.
You've got to blame the bureaucrats and the politicians because they are busy getting paid doing nothing as well. And the Medical board does not nothing to improve the quality of healthcare here. It's the same with the specialists and personnel at Corcare, Scarborough.
Date of services rendered
They try and book visits on the phone instead of in person visits. Even that did not happen u till I called and left a message asking why the cardiologist had not called me.
On around the 14th of October, I had severe chest pain. I went to Scarborough General hospital emergency services. And absolute disaster. Waited for 11 hours in total. 5 1/2 hours to be called.
