I was skeptical going in, but I'm so glad I went through with it! Katie is an absolute angel. She is so warm and made me feel so welcomed. During the Reiki session, I felt more relaxed than I ever been. Even when I sleep I was never this relaxed! I've been battling severe anxiety for many years but it felt as if the negative thoughts have left my body.

Also really appreciated that she gave me so many amazing suggestions and healthy coping strategies to use going forward. I felt genuinely cared … – show

Katie's cooking classes are so fun, educational and she shares some great healthy easy recipes. I highly recommend taking a course with her she makes you want to prepare healthy and vibrant meals!
