I called many local optometrists and found a few options within my insurance coverage, but Tonic Eye Care seemed most invested in eye HEALTH as well as getting an updated prescription.

Dr Lee certainly proved that right- I received a thorough eye examination, as well as a lot of really helpful information around my eye health and options. Some of it was old news presented in new (and easier to understand ways), a lot of it was stuff that optometrists haven't communicated to me in that past.

e clinic is wheelchair accessible UP TO THE EXAM CHAIR- there is no automatic button at the door, but the door isn't super heavy. You will have to transfer to the exam chair to complete the examination. It was pretty brightly lit, and didn't have discernable scents- but then I was wearing a mask.

Customer service was excellent. Dr. Lee's expertise comforted me and helped me feel that the exam was less invasive. At the shop, It took me a while to choose the final frames and they were very patient and helpful making sure I was happy with my final glasses.
