Once I received the shoulder brace and tried it on, I realized it didn't fit optimally and because of this I could tell it was not going to provid e the support I needed for snowboarding. I emailed the customer support and asked if I could return the brace. After a few days I got a response providing a return address but no shipping label. The website's refund policy states that the company will provide a shipping label for items that have been accepted for return. I replied to the email copying and pasting the exact paragraph from their online Refund Policy and asked for a shipping label, but the response told me no shipping label would be provided and that customers are expected to pay out of their own pocket for returns.
Buyer beware: Brace Aid Medical Supply does not honour their own refund policy. Find another medical brace provider and don't waste your money. … – show
