My first time ordering from Chez Florist and I had a great experience! The lady who received my order via phone was helpful and accommodating. The arrangements were reflective of the pictures on the website, the flowers were very fresh and the pick up process was easy and seamless. Would definitely go back next time!

Beautiful :)

I ordered flowers here after dealing with a JOKE of a company, Bloomex (basically a scam company that charges you for delivery and delivers 2 days late with the wrong flowers and everything half the size). I'm SO glad I took the time to read the reviews for Chez Joy and they are all accurate.

The flowers arrived on time on the day specified (didn't even have to pay a delivery fee!) and they are more beautiful than the photos. I thought the vase and box in the website photos were j … – show

ust for show, but nope, they came with the bouquets I ordered as well. Actually shocked to see the product fully matches the photos, including the vase!

I'm booking marking this florist as it'll be my go to going forward. It's so hard to find a reliable online/delivery florist, but I'm happy now.
