I went Fossil Toronto downtown store, there was customer executive named Ryan, his customer support skill were awful. His behavior was pathetic. He was not ready to listen to me. He should go back to school and learn customer support skills. BAD BAD BAD experience..

They think good customer service means making lame comments and asking intrusive questions at the rate of bothering the customer 5 times within one minute. This is a store, not a networking event.

The asian cashier girl typed wrong cost which made $50 difference for my purchase -_- and was unfriendly. But the male helper with tattoos on his arms was super nice & helpful!!
