Roselle has always been that special place I go to when I want to treat myself. The staff are so kind and patient and make the BEST pastries in the city! They have seasonal offerings which makes it always exciting to see what they whip up next. The banana eclair will always be my favourite; incredibly unexpected on my part as bananas in general isn't really a fruit I enjoy. Seriously, the eclair is that dang good. Thank you Roselle!!

My absolute favourite bakery / pastry shop ever — there’s no comparison! The flavours of their cakes are so sophisticated and well balanced (the Earl is my go to!), and their cookies are awesome! I also love the cake cups that they’ve introduced because they stay so moist in the fridge. Plus, Steph and Bruce are so lovely, and their ability to remember all their customers is incredible.
