Five stars aren’t enough!! If Heaven was a yarn store it would be The Knitting Loft!!
Beautiful yarn sells itself. But you can’t buy customer service!!! This place has both!!
Every time I have visited this store, I have received the best customer service. Maria once spent over a half hour tutoring me on The Shift Cowl and how the yarn plays with the pattern!! As a result, my cowl is gorgeous!! Rebecca took the time to find out if a custom order could be sent for a yarn they didn’t have in st … – show

ock. It could!!! And Chad. Well Chad is the most funnest person ever!! So kind and patient and helpful. I live in Mississauga so this store is a drive. But it’s still my local yarn store!! I’d drive a hundred miles to visit them!!
