Ksenia was a wonderful instructor. Completed BLS recertification. She was very knowledgable and enhanced my confidence to respond in emergency situations. Scenarios/group activities were very helpful in understanding information and proper techniques/procedure. Will definitely come back next year for my recertification. Thank you Ksenia!

Had a very good experience when taking my Standard First Aid here! I was very nervous at first and thought that it might be slightly awkward but my instructor, Ksenia, got everyone engaged and entertained. I had fun when we got to do hands-on practice with different scenarios.
