    I had the opportunity to speak with Daniel once I found no help within online virtual consults. Shopping for a ring was very stressful for me even though I had a good idea of what my girlfriend wanted.

    Daniel not only replied to my initial email within 10 minutes (unlike others who havent even responded a month later) but had me on the phone with 2 hours where I immediately got a great vibe.     I went to about 15 jewelry stores before deciding to purchase an engagement ring at Serli & Siroan. Bottom line, at Serli & Siroan, the person selling you the ring is the person making the ring. This approach leads to a clear difference in quality of product and service. Daniel put his best products forward, explained how his method could be distinguished from other jewelry stores, and answered all of my questions.
