I can say after three months now that practicing ashtanga yoga everyday has changed my life! For the better :)

This yoga space is clean, beautiful and has a very calming and accepting vibe. The instructors are fantastic, friendly and don't make me feel judged (as a newbee to yoga, I am a bit hard on myself, but here, I feel I can let go of my self-doubt and focus on my practice). I love that they offer so many ways to do their classes; both in person and online. I can already see improvements in some of the postures I previously found challenging, and I feel better in mind and body:)
