Tihana I can say is a very kind and gentle soul she really listens to you and she is very patient her work is amazing and I can say the reviews speaks for itself I highly recommend her!

I have been going to Tihana for Reiki/Chakra Therapy combined with Meditation & Mindfulness Therapy sessions and have also used her in group sessions.
Tihana has a very unique approach as she can specialize in any combination of Traditional, Spiritual, Metaphysical treatments in psychotherapy with customized modalities to help with your specific
needs.

ny issues or problems you are working through. The care I received from her was amazing: from the time the appointment was first booked, to our sessions, to the follow-ups; she was there for me every step of the way and supported me on all of my needs.
The Reiki and energy meditation sessions were both powerful and healing. They were therapeutic and helped me clear mental blockages and have had a positive impact on my life. I am extremely happy with her sessions as they have helped me progress towards my spiritual growth.
