    You guys need to update your class pass classes description ASAP. Why say you’re checking proof of vaccination if the classes are all online? How are class pass users able to access online classes? No instructions on the app and no mention of the classes being ONLINE ONLY. I travelled very far for this class to find out there are no in person classes. Update your class pass ASAP. I won’t be returning until you’re in person again. Shame.

      We're extremely sorry you had this experience. We are going through a transition with the business after having to close the physical studio. We are no longer on ClassPass, and we completely understand your frustration in thinking that class was in person. We hope to offer in person classes again one day, but for now we have had to transition to being a virtual studio. Thank you for your feedback and our apologies again for all the confusion.

    I've been trying to stop my online membership for months now and they never answer to either emails/social media messenger, but they still take my monthly fees…:(
