Go 5 minutes down the street to the Joint Cannabis for your vape needs, where return policy is actually properly disclosed at the point of purchase, verbally, with multiple signage, and stickers on items and not after they've taken your money in exchange for worthless goods.

I received no earlier notice of this and was very suspicious of the explanation - I strongly suspect the roof was not ordered in a timely manner after repairs were first discussed. Forward another week - I was told the car would be ready either Dec. 1 or 2. I called later afternoon on Dec. 1 (remember, they don’t call you) and was told my car would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at River City Collision at 5:00. A female employee approached me in a surprising hostile manner (made to stay late because I was coming in?) and told me the paperwork wasn’t done and I’d have to wait. When I replied that waiting was the name of the game there she pointed her finger at me and snapped ‘That’s you reality’. I got a few things off my chest then and there but am still amazed that, at the end of a long bad experience with River City, it was topped off with her absolute rudeness. I am telling anyone and everyone to avoid this place of business. They may make some customers happy but I surely can’t the first or last customer they treated like dirt from start to finish.
resuming the past 10 months dealing with them, i had good and bad moments,,, sometimes just waiting for calls that never happened, but at the end they will try to help you as much as they can..... overall will recommend them

We were apparently waiting on a countertop. A new slab? A delay? We don't really know as they never have a clear answer for their shortcomings.
They do not provide a contract, simply a loosely worded quote. They don't have a good grasp on what is going on as sometimes you deal with Zac, sometimes you deal with Connie but regardless of who you deal with, it's never a straightforward answer.
We were also asked by Zac on multiple occasions if we hated him or if we were mad at him for all the delays. He wouldn't even give a reason for the delays, just asked if we hated him.... Like it's our job to make you feel better for the awful way you run a business.
I would not recommend working with this company at all. If you choose to, do so with caution and make sure EVERYTHING is in writing as they will try to go back on things.

my report, and my shoulder was in pain, finally, I called clinic just to know about my reports also what is next. The front desk stated only Dr. C Intwala knows about my X-ray and currently, she has gone for a C session. She will call you once she will be back and update u about X-ray/ report.

My daughters third birthday had to be rescheduled because we got stuck in Orlando due to hurricane Ian and the airports shutting down. The venue where we had the party booked only had availability on oct 18th so the party was rescheduled for three weeks later.

given that the tags were attached and the jacket was unworn( very obvious as it was folded in the original bag that was given at the store during purchase) and I also presented with the original receipt given to me by my in laws as I know the store is always firm on return/exchange policy.
The guy working was very nice and said he would ask the owner if the exchange could be done outside of the 14 day window given that I'm a good customer and do a lot of my shopping at their store. The owner disagreed and told me nothing could be done outside of the window. The employee in the store proceeded to tell me that next time I should advice family who are purchasing gifts from the store to tell them to buy them closer to the date they will be given to my children. I advised him that hurricane Ian was out of our control and if we weren't stuck in Orlando and would have arrived home as planned her bday would have been held on her actual bday sept 30th.
Overall very disappointed in their customer service as of late. I offered to spend more money and buy a more expensive jacket putting more money into their store in exchange for the jacket my in laws purchased and they wouldn't budge. Disappointing. I definitely will not be giving them my business anymore. It's easier to deal with manufacturing companies directly as they actually strive to ensure adequate customer service.

How can you be a travel agent and not be able to deal with the details!!! She still calls one of the people by the wrong name after being corrected at least 10 times over the past 2 years...If it wasn't so bad it would be funny....and never once apologized.
She and this firm have lost 14 potential return clients who would have been more than happy to find a competent agency to handle their travel plans.
Thank god she wasn't in charge of the cruise we booked

Inkster Community Childcare made our family and child feel very welcome in the daycare. When my child was having separation anxiety the director took time out of her busy schedule to comfort my little girl and help her adjust to her new daycare setting.
